Read 1 Corinthians 13:1-7, Love is not only an emotion, feeling or thought, it is an action. Replace the word “love” with your name. How are you at loving?


Hebrews 10:24 commands us to “consider how to stir up one another to love and good works.” Consider it, and describe some practical ways to do it

 

Read Luke 6:33;  How does Jesus’ words challenge how you have viewed showing love?

 

In order to grow in love there has to be three things:

 

1.   “Dwell in God’s love” – How are you currently dwelling in God’s love? What does it look like to dwell in God’s love?

2.   “Delight in imitating God’s Love” – Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, are flattering God by imitating His love? 

3.   “Determine to be loving” – who will you show love to?
