When was a time you had to acknowledge someone’s power or authority over you?

How should Jesus’ power and authority described in these verses impact us today?

Read Matthew 28:18-20 and 2 Corinthians 5:17-21 what are we are supposed to be doing?

Read Revelation 11:15-18. How does this depiction of the future consummation of God’s plan motivate you and encourage you as a Christian seeking to make disciples?

Pray that we can submit ourselves to God’s power and authority.
